I have no words.....

<p>Me and my husband took our todler to ARWYP on the 6th of September. To cut a long story short, a lady that looked like part of security in casualties took my details, wrote it on a piece of paper on a clipboard and told me to take a seat. After waiting for nearly an hour my husband asked her when do we get to open a file, the reply.......wait for it.....OH DO U WANT TO SEE A DR??????</p>
