How important is your employees

Good Day I am not pleased with Arwyp Medical Centre at all. My daughter started working there recently. Coming home the first week, she had flu, whereby she used whatever flu medicine was in the house and I rubbed her back. Second week she was fine. Third week, she came home again sick, we used the same methods as before, the meds at home and I rubbed her. I fell sick the next day and my husband the day after me. I went to the doctor and was sent for covid test and it was positive. She advised the work that her mother was tested positive. Then she and my husband when to our local health clinic to test, whereby they were also tested positive. The clinic gave her her results plus a letter which her employer, Arwyp Medical Centre does not want to accept, they wanted a medical note from a doctor. My question is, if she is in her third week of employment, her mother is the only breadwinner, she hasn't got paid yet, where would she get the money to pay a doctor for consultation as well as the laboratory test. Isn't the clinic there to assist the needy people? PPE in place? I'm not sure, as she needs to use her own masks. I would think that because this is a medical centre, they would try to look better after their employees. Now those ten days she was at home, will be deducted from her salary. Can I please just get a satisfactory answer?
