Hospital poor service

I won't recomment Arwyp Medical centre to anyone...

my daughter was admitted while visited her father, i was not formally informed, heared from the child, i visted the hospital also there was no information given ...on second week the guy phned me said was on finance telling me that i have conset , so suprised claiming that i must pay things that medican Discovery medical aid could pay... after two weeks was stated that my daughter will be taken to the rooms for camera assessments which my daugter was also asking Dr's question on what should be wrong with her and they were very rude to her telling her why is she asking question, and Nurses they very rude as well when she rings a bell, nurses will complaing that she is annoying them...

worst part the day she was dischjarged by the Dr,,

the Dr said to her, you are discharged and we all the Dr's doctors don't want you here....she was so suprised as a child

i dont wish to find any of my family member been in that hospital besides being rude and being annoyed by patient and taking their time to actioning on patient

she was told not eat there after, could'nt eat the whole day and was told , they don't know when will she be taken to sonar , they might be que, just imagine starving as patient and not knowing what's up the child was in a very bad trauma she never had before, could'nt wait to get out of people that she is bothering...

the service is very bad and poor communication on all levels i must say
