Horrible Service at Dr Pule's rooms

I am honestly disappointed at the services received at Dr Pule's rooms today. I started attending Dr Pule's rooms in August 2022, discovering that I am expecting , my medical aid paid for my first visit and I paid a co-payment of R400.00. My second visit was in September , I paid R800.00. My next appointment was due in October. I unfortunately couldn't go because I would have to pay R1200.00. Which I could not afford and my medical only allows 2 visit . I then opted to see a midwife which was more reasonable. I booked an appointment at Dr Pule's rooms for the 14th of February 2023 and was told to bring another co-payment of R500.00, because I am due to give birth next month . Only to be told when I get there Dr Pule will not see me because I have not seen her for 2months. So I want to know was I supposed put myself in debits just to see her . I did not have the money to pay each pay month per visit , mind you as my weeks increase the more money . Upon making my booking , why was I not informed to not bother even coming to Dr Pule's rooms. Their treatment was really heartless. It just shows that this is all about a money making scheme and no one even wanted to hear my reason of not coming each month. I have my report from my midwife to issue to her as reference. I just wanted to warn all expecting mothers , to make sure when you go to Dr Pule you have top class medical aid or you have a bag full of money. Funny how when mothers give birth at a Government hospital no Gyne will reject assisting the mommy to be. You on medical aid yet you get such treatment from a treating Gyne .
