Horrible service at Arwyp Medical Centre

I am honestly disgusted with Arwyp Medical Centre. I dropped my mom off at 6am this morning for her surgery, due to the Corona virus no visitors are allowed in the hospital. They said they would keep us informed. At 1 o'clock we heard nothing. I phoned the hospital and they couldn't tell me where she was. After a few phone calls I atleast found what ward she was in and apparently was still in theater. At 16:30 I phoned the ward for a 5th for an update on my mom, to which they told me she has been discharged and waiting for her medicine. NO PHONE CALLS INFORMING US ANYTHING...... I rush to the hospital to wait outside for her...... Eventually I get a call from my very disorientated mother saying she's still in her gown. I ask the ladies at the door what is happening, they informed me she was on her way down. Another 20 mins go by and I get another phone call from my mom almost in tears, the porter had just left her in the pharmacy as it was his knock off time...... WTH. what is a disorientated lady that's just come out of surgery suppose to do by herself. Angry, I demanded for the ladies at the door to let me in. I walked through the hospital and went to the pharmacy where there was absolutely NO ONE there to assist my mom. Eventually I take the wheelchair and we start heading out, at the exit I inform staff how horrible it was that she just left and all I got was "shame", they then continued to watch me push my mom to the car, which I couldn't get over the pavement. Eventually a security guard assisted me. When speaking to my mom on the drive home she told me the staff did not check ok her after the op. The doctor had discharged 2 hours ago and the staff never came around to help her or anything. She was also not offered anything to eat or drink after not eating for 24hours.

This is honestly disgusting service, as a hospital you should have high care for EVERY single patient that comes into your hospital.
