For anything Emergency, ARWYP should never be your option

For anything emergency, do not go there. Got to the ER around 7 pm on the 21st Of September 2022 and my kid was only seen by the doctor around past 9 to 10 pm. My son got worse whilst in hospital waiting for a doctor to attending him, we waited until a new doctor starting a new shift came in, that one doctor had to attend to the ER also do rounds which meant waiting for forever to get results after tests were done.

The less said about their electronic forms that takes over an hour to fill the better and to add on to that, you have to do it twice on the same day.

A kicker, for a follow-up, you have to fill the forms again, like, what is the purpose of the electronic system, why can't you retrieve my file and we take it from there instead of filling another one?
