Feel harrased!

On the 29th of March 2021 I was admitted for c-section in the above mentioned hospital and I delivered a baby boy who demised 15 days later on the 13th April 2021.I thought as a grieving mother, I should be grieving in peace. To my surprise the hospital has been sending me messages non-stop about the outstanding balances. I am on medical aid which pays 100% and I thought its the responsibility of the hospital to communicate with the medical aid and the medical aid to let me know in case I should pay. Now the hospital shows me flames with different account details to pay money to, using mails and different messages, different outstanding balances??? What could be it?

I'm so worried now as I feel like I'm being harassed. Initially I screenshot the message from the Arwyp Medical centre to the medical aid (Bestmed), and as soon as they responded I screenshot the response to ***. That was in May 2021. I thought whoever sending message should have responded to me why should I still pay the outstanding money despite the response from medical aid. The account I was supposed to send money to is actually different from the account I just got so to send money in. I suggest there is a ***** somewhere.

Now I get bill from the same arwyp Medical centre using an email *** (they earlier on used a text message with the amount of above R4 000 and another message with the amount above R43 000 which I found confusing and ***** sound)

I need clarity on why the Arwyp Medical centre can't go through the non-***** sound way into the payment of the outstanding balance.

I heard people get ****** after the demise of their loved ones. Could this be a signal?
