Exceptional service rendered

On the 4th feb at 21:00 we visited the hospital.exams were done by Dr Hlatshwayo stated a booking will be made for an ultrasound,a nurse came to finish up and gave a green copy&prescription.as everybody know only a few may understand/see what's on that however no date were showing for the booking.I then phoned to book in & 22nd Feb was the day. at the X-Ray deprt a blue&white document was requested which we had never received.I went back to casualty to ask for assistance,I didn't have the green copy with me.1st woman I met with she just gave me the I don't care nor willing to assist attitude.told how impossible it is to find a file for a patient who had left the hospital the past saturday so how will she find ours.I then gave her the time she started looking then came back with \there's nothing\" with that \"nasty attituted\" then came a guy by the name of Moosa who told her to recheck which she didn't, he then check and found everything as said to the lady, again came a lady by the name of Gugu she enquired with me again but then got a Dr for us to assist on the matter.I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for being professional and alwy willing to assist at all times.
