Excellent service.

My rating is based purely on my interaction with the reception staff. I had travelled to Arwyp for the 1st time in 17 years due to an IOD at work. The gentlemen that assisted me (Thabile - i think it was), was on point from assisting me and explained to me the process of steps to be taken and why. He guided me through the paper to be signed and explained in detail. On my follow up visit he assisted me again and received the same excellent service from him. I will update on my experience with the ER (doctors, side of the hospital) in a follow up review.
