ECG scans (file)
I was admitted in this hospital last year Aug 2023. I need ECG scan results from the day I was admitted till the day I was discharged. I sent an email last Thursday requesting this information, Monday I went to customer care center to request for this information and I was promised to have it by Tuesday. Tuesday I called the lady said she hasn’t received the file probably by afternoon she will email me the copies..today it’s Thursday I guess this file is too big…I need these ecg scans for a my claim to be processed by insurance …
