Me and my wife went hiking on the 1st January 2020 where my wife had an hiking accident, i took her to arwyp where we where told my wife had to get an operation, she where admitted and where operated on the 2nd by a dr dk tshidibi, he didn't inform or explain to us what he did he just said the operation where successful, and gave us an follow up date, witch where ok except that we didn't now what he did, what where unexpected is that he prescribed medication that my wife where allergic of, luckily the peaple at the pharmacy picked it up and corrected it, i am a firm believer that every one make mistakes but you must man up for your mistakes, then we received the bill, and he charged us us dubbel the medical aid bill, so witch where ok and fair, and i paid the bill, then my wife had to go for an follow up operation where he had to remove a *****, this time we made sure he explain to us what he where going to do and he explained it is an simple operation of +- 15 min, on the day of the operation they took my wife in theater 09:00 and only brought her out of theater 11:50, one of the nurses said that the moment when they opened her they realized that they did not had the Wright tool to remove the *****, so my wife where under for more than 2 hour s while they are looking for the Wright tool, and then he double charge us again, double medical aid rates, now like I said every one makes mistakes but if you double charge some one it means or you ***** from the peaple or you are a professional in what you do and dear dr dk tshidibi you made ROOKIE mistakes with my wife and is not excepted, and for arwyp to allow peaple like that to work there is horrible, I don't mind paying for a professional like a already did for the 1 st operation but I do mind paying extra {double medical aid rates} for rookie mistakes someone I feel is not a professional, and just the fact that we couldn't choose our Dr thank arwyp you are..................
