Dissapoiting service
I was admitted on the 12th from casualty, best service from reception until ward 10,the staff was outstanding, then I moved to ward 5 on the 13th thats when the night mare began.I was sloted in a corner in room 508, the night light didnt work, The staff put off the aircon whenever they came in the room,I was feeling so hot I couldnt sleep, When my sheets were changed, I was told to make sure I sleep on the linen saver, is that possible after surgery,When a nurse came in she asked me if im from highcare,Doesnt the team find out history of patients prior to checking on he patients,I asked from19:00 to conduct my doctor for sometime to sleep, after almost 5 reminders i evetually was told at 23:45 that they just contacted doctor and he said he doesnt prescribe meds to sleep, I am sure that he could have got a doctor in the hopsital to evaluate me.I did mention to him on my first consult that I may need meds to sleep, He said if I do I must get some-one to call me, One of the nurses that i orginally asked said I should call the doctor Mbhaya myself,I did not have contact numbers as I just met him here, Further I did not have a phone as I had just come from Surgery
