Disgusting Service At Arwyp Hospital

I am shocked at the standard this hospital has dropped to. Why are we paying for such a disgusting service.

I took my husband in and his file was mixed up and had incorrect information. We were then taken for Xrays and sat there for almost 45min while these ladies sat and shared things on their phones. They only stood up to help when I walked up to them and asked what was going on what are we waiting for.

I think rather than focusing on spending money on doing so many fancy upgrades focus should be on training the nurses and the rest of the staff (radiology and casualty reception) on how to treat people who are there to seek help. The only thing they know is to make a noise talking to each other about irrelevant things instead of attending to patients who are there to seek help.

This is really disgusting and I'm so nervous because I am going to be giving birth in a few weeks in this disgusting hospital SCARY.
