Disgusting service and patient care

Having recently had a family member admitted via casualties into this pathetic excuse for a "hospital", I am disgusted. For over 18 hours we were kept in the dark about everything be done, or should I rather say NOT being done. The attitude of the staff in casualties was excellent, except for the reception staff, who clearly do not know how to treat patients. Speaking from experience as I myself work in a hospital. The staff in the surgical ward 5 have absolutely no respect for patients or the patients family members! Leaving a drip to dry out and start forming dangerous air bubbles while the blood coagulates forming clots! Handing over questions and complaints to other nurse constantly. Waiting for Dr Vambe to eventually pitch for patient rounds after 12 in the afternoon, to give us a diagnosis that was the reason for us coming to hospital, and then moving on to other patients without completing a script for us first. The absolute disrespect of the nursing staff, who do not want to hear your questions or complaints and choose not to share information with you that you have every right to know. The general response to complaints be "Ag shame, that's bad hey". A complete disregard for the standard operating procedures of the treatment of patients, and VERY CLEAR biased views towards certain patients. I'm sorry Arwyp but your little goodie bags do not in the slightest make up for your disgusting and pathetic excuse for patient treatment. If the bursing staff really dislike treating people so much, then why are they in this profession?

Never again in my life! I would rather bleed out on the side of the road than put my life in their hands!
