Disgusting service

My wife had a liver biopsy today. I understand with covid 19 no one is allowed in but I think every member of staff should be on the same page and speaking as if they knew what was going on. I call ward 5 and they said my wife is being discharged I can come and get her. I got to ward 5 and they asked me to wait outside by the elevator. A few minutes later I was asked to wait downstairs. A few minutes later I was told I must wait outside. While outside I got a call asking me to come to the 5th floor to fetch her. The ladies at the door wouldn't let me in. I called ward 5 again and they said someone would bring her down to the door. After 20 minutes my wife walks out by herself half dressed and with no shoes on because no nurse would help her get dressed or even bring her downstaits . She just had surgery and this is how your staff get rid of the patients. Absolutely disgusting and shame on you and your so called nurses who in my mind do not deserve a job if this is how they treat patients. I will not leave this here.
