Casualty service is pathetic

I'm very disappointed in the pathetic casualty service at Arwyp private hospital. I came through 8pm due to a severe pain below my chest area. Opening a file on its own took almost 3hrs, mind you there wasn't alot of people upon arrival. I only saw the doctor around 11pm and got treated. My dad had to keep asking for an update only for a staff member to tell him not to rush them and wait. I only got discharged at 2h30 am without anything detected. I was told to come next morning for ultra-sound, and atleast that department is so efficient and I didn't spend hectic hours waiting. Unfortunately I had to return back to casualty to get my ultra-sound results there with the doctor that side. The process was still the same, slow moving queue even for a follow-up. More than 3hr wait with the stuff not showing interest in being efficient. Their work pace is slow and they just don't care advising about the procedure and assuring us we will be attended by the doctor anytime soon.
