Bad work ethic

I went to Arwyp today (30/03/2024)after injuring my left elbow got to casualties at 08:37 I waited until 13:50 to get the results from the sonar and x ray... After receiving the results I was told I need to have an operation done and it will be expedited to this afternoon as they need it done because it is a nerve issue... Anyway I then get given a bed and put into a ward waiting for the dr to come and see me and explain the procedure the dr then arrives at my bedside at 17:00 hours only to tell me Mr we are not going to operate on you you only need to rest? My question is how did the medical aid approve me sleeping over and all that jazz if the dr said he isn't going to operate I will never ever return to this hospital
