Bad treatment
I came in with my mom to get an X-ray , about an hour on after completing the foes I start noticing that everyone that came after us has been helped and is going , when I asked they started looking for a file , just to find out it has not been captured and was sitting at someone’s desk for more than an hour , I have been coming to Rwyp for years and has never received such treatment,

28 Apr 2023, 14:20To make matters worse the report is given to the ladies and they sit with it for an additional hour and now we cannot go back to our doctor because he is closed and have been sitting at Rwyp for 3 hours without any assistance, and they can’t be bothered to apologise, the administrators at the X-ray side are not helpful at all
