Bad service

Arwyp has become the modern Tembisa Hospital. The service at the Maternity ward 4 is beyond terrible, lots of senior nurses with very bad attitude. All they do is gather around the reception area while making noise and gossip while patients are left unattended. All they care about is what they will be having for lunch. One sister in particular by the name of Sister Nelly with short blonde hair. She needs proper training on how to deal with patients and people’s skills. Firstly she is very unprofessional, has no empathy, when you ask for assistance she gives you a funny look as if you are bothering her. First day I got there she made nasty remarks in the corridors about why my Doctor would book me into hospital for my condition unaware that I was already in one of the rooms. She shouldn’t be working with people if that is her attitude, more especially in a private facility where we pay lots of money and we expect the best treatment at all times. Secondly, hygiene is not a priority in that ward, spent the whole 5 days there, linen not changed even once since I got there. Arwyp used to be the best private hospital in Kempton Park but now with this young sisters in charge y’all are just running a circus. Although I want to add that their student nurses are the best and very friendly, I just hope they don’t get influenced along the line.
