Bad Service as you walk in

My husband come in for a small procedure and was informed by him that he will be going into theater at 13:00. I arrived at 13:30 assuming that I could be there for him for when he wakes up. According to irrational restrictions this is not allowed. I was told even if he is out I will have to wait to fetch him at 15:00 during visiting hours. When I asked if he is discharged before then could I go up to fetch him the response I got was "Ooo shame no" with a sarcastic smile on their face. Utter disgusting and disrespectful. This is not service I would expect from a private institute. They don't care how worried you are, they will not budge nor show any compassion. This will most definitely be the absolute last time my family will come here for anything. I also will not reccommend this facility to any family or friends.
