BAD SERVICE

So I came in with a emergency case "might be ****" but the service I received in casualties was quite pathetic. I mean I' there's 2 admin clerks working a hell of a line and a rude lady "came out of the unit managers office" as I assume she's the unit manager . After this incounter I'll certainly won be coming back . And will make people aware on social media I.e Facebook, Ticktok etc . It's utterly disgusting that we get treated like this after years and years coming to arwyp. Thank you to the lady that assisted in opening the file. As furious as I am I forgot to jot down your name , but would have been easier for me to remember your name if you had introduced yourself and had a name badge on.
