Bad service

I am so disgusted by the treatment at Arwyp Hospital. I made a telephone enquiry which was a follow up with Gynaecologist, Dr Asente Koffi, and his Receptionist was rude and dismissive, more like the service you get at public hospital. It made me wonder why I should pay so much for a public hospital terrible service when I can get it for free. Arwyp and Dr Asante must consider hiring competent staff who, at least, understand basic customer relations. One cannot pay so much for such terrible service, as if they are making us any favors. This is really not acceptable and disgusting.
