Bad Service!

<p>i had an appointment with a gyna last week Tues day, only to find out that i need to go thru a procedure in the hospital, my gyna gave me an appointment for admission for today 20.06.2016 and i went through the admission office to fill in the form on the 14th for addimion on the 20th. but this morning when i get to the hospital i was told that i was suppose to phone the medical aid last week to get an authorisation number in order for them to help me, they turned me back saying that i should go phone my medical aid then i can come back after 2 days. i find this rather unproffesional as they the one working with patients daily, even my medical aid consultant was suprised that i had to make a call and why i should wait for 2 days to get help. i am really disappointed at the way my gyna and the pre admission has handled this situation, its unfortunate that i need these procedure done asap and i will do as they ask!</p>
