Bad customer service

Arwyp is not using my medical aid after so many years of going there.No that I had an emergency they tell me I need to go to another hospital or pay R12000 cash before they help us.They also did not whant to stableized the baby of 6 months. We had to ruch to Len Med hosp and got traffic going there. What if something happend on the way?
