Arwyp refund
My husband took our son to Arwyp for treatment on a Sunday and had to pay a deposit of R1500.00. He paid with my credit card. The bill came to just over R500.00. They have to refund me R900.00+
Total confusions now. Account is in my husbands name. Patient is our son and payment was made by me the mother. They want copies of id's and heaven alone knows what else even though all detail was given to them more than once.
I sent an email attaching copies of id's and the banking detail but for some mysterious reason they haven't received my email as yet. This has been going on for longer than a week now. We need the refund a.s.a.p.
Could someone please assist?
