Arwyp Medical Centre - what afarce

Actually I want to give Arwyp Medical centre a MINUS 10 stars. I was in hospital for a MRI and blood tests. The admin staff and porters deserve a Plus 10 stars, bus as for the nursing staff they don't even deserve their jobs. I was admitted at 10h00 and after various requests, I only received water and the internet connection at 15h00. My doctor requested 2 hourly blood tests and I had to request same numerous times before it was relayed to Lancet, who was wonderful and kept the schedule from 13h00 in stead of 12h00 which was not their fault. I had a drip in for the MRI, which was left in for Lancet, but they preferred to do their own jabbing, which I appreciated. When my doctor visited I asked if the drip needle could be removed, which was right by her and the sister said in front of my doctor she will remove it "now". After an hour, I removed it myself! When I was "released" the next morning, I was asked if I did not have a drip in?! I spilled my water jug on the bed, and the bed was made only with a sheet - I was told that only night shift had blankets. I asked night shift for the blanket and another pillow. I received a bedspread, but no pillow, although both the other two patients in the ward received extra pillows without asking. I was served tea - a cup, saucer, sugar, milk and a teabag - no boiling water. I was also not given a review form on my departure, because they "could not trace the tablet"
