Good Day,

My wife was admitted at your facility on 30th of July 2019 where she subsequently went to theater on the 31st of July, the morning after the theater she lost her phone when she went to the ladies. I therefore reported the matter to the nurse station immediately when I got there the same morning. I was told that because the phone was on bed, when they changed the bedding someone might have took it when they changed the bedding hence the matter was therefore reported.

When she got discharged from the hospital on Friday the 2nd of August, we met a security personnel who promised to look into the matter further. Two weeks passed without anything from the man who promised to look at the video footage, I therefore followed up with the gentleman that called her from this number 08* 77* 5*07 who advised me that hes the head of security, he then referred my query to the supervisor who called me the same day (15th of August 2019 – 14:31), our conversation started well but changed when I told him that its UNACCEPTABLE for us to be following up on this matter, he then uttered unpleasant remarks that I personally deem them derogatory to an extend that a Men should not be emotional because they are not supposed to be like that. I then asked him who said men dont have feelings?? He then lost it and told me to escalate the matter further (because I told him that I was going to).

If indeed this is what staff is being trained to utter those kind of disrespectful remarks then I for one will not tolerate it at nay given day, hence he sounded like he was doing me a huge favor in this regard.

The phone might have been gone (okay we made peace with that) but why not provide us with feedback before we followed up, what does that tell us about your customer services?? To add salt to the wounds we are told that men don’t behave like that, what in the hell is this nonsense? Im the one who bought the phone from my hard earned money so he had no right to tell me that as I have told him!!!!
