ARWYP High Care nurse response to ringing bell - This is not a Private Care Facility!

i had surgery on the 8th of December at another hospital and was transferred to Arwyp Medical centre on the 8th from the other Hospital. When I arrived they refused to admit me, and a file needed to be open. Once that was done they eventually admitted me, with no clue where I was from or the fact that i had major surgery less than 60min ago. The staff was inconsiderate, didn't take care at all, took all kinds of swaps, without taking my privacy into consideration, I had to sign documentation etc. This however I could still understand, but what really caused my blood to boil was the fact that I was in HIGH CARE, but when I rang my bell the nurses blatantly ignored my call, and they walked passed my room and my ringing bell without even blinking an eye, what if it was an emergency, I was a patient in HIGH CARE paying quite a premium to be there as this is not for FREE. When the Sister eventually attended to my call, I was really upset and asked her why do they take so long and ignore my call...her response was...MIGHT I QUOTE..."Did you notice it says PRIVATE HOSPITAL, and NOT PRIVATE CARE!Have you ever had such a RUDE response for a HIGH CARE SISTER, this is beyond APPALLING!!!Is this the kind of service you should expect from a PRIVATE HOSPITAL HIGH CARE UNIT???The food was so GROSS, yet you pay a premium once again - and sorry we are upgrading out kitchen, REALLY? I have never been so shocked in my entire life, and if you ever think of setting your foot in ARWYP, think twice! You should really teach your staff how to look after patients because clearly they are only there for the money they receive at the end of each month. RIDICULOUS!!!!SHAME ON YOU ARWYP MEDICAL CENTRE!!!!
