Arwyp casualty reception useless and unreliable.

My wife was taken to casualty 18 08 2023 Arwyp Hospital. On Arrival having medical aid I filled in the forms and my wife was taken to casualty. I advised that reception at casualty must advise if I need to phone medical aid for authorisation before treatment it was agreed by the lady. I went back to the lady and she said all good so far she'll handle everything I can continue with my wife and she will do the needed if authorisation was required. Whole visit I was informed about nothing. My wife was released after doctor was happy and when leaving casualty reception confirmed all was arranged for payment by medical aid.

Month lady received non payment notification from Arwyp saying medical aid not paying R8111.00 so it's my problem now.

Going back to them will not be taken for a ride they can do whatever they want.
