Appalling service

The coloured lady at the reception of casualty department is very rude and extremely condescending. She judges patients on their appearance, she uses condescending tones to address black people. The nurse she asked to assist me to fill in a form to state why I was no longer continuing with the admission due to shortfall on my medical aid, made me wait at reception because after she said she was coming because she had better thing’s to do. I’m so appalled and disgusted by the treatment I received!
