All they Care about is Money but when they owe you then you need to fight for it.

Took My wife there on the 5th of April, we do not have a medical aid so I had to pay everything cash which was not a problem for me when ever they asked me to pay something I did it with out hesitation or question asked.

At the End of the day I ended up paying just under a 110k for casualty's, blood tests and an ultra sound and she had to get an emergency operation, which I had to pay first before they do anything even though she was in serious pain.

After the operation was done the dr told me she needs to stay two nights in the ward, the matrone phoned me and said there ie about 40K refund they did not use all the money.

I asked for quote to keep her in the ward for the two days but I was refused because what if something happens to her and she needs to go back to the for a operation again how am I going t pay for it was all they could care about I told them that I will make plan If I have to they dont need to stress about that.

I was refused the quote and they transferred my wife to Thembisa.

She got to Thembisa I said there is no way I am leaving her there I arange for an ambulance and took her to Netcare Olivedale got there no questions asked they took her to the ward, I had to pay Another 50K which I did after two days the dr told her se can go home. With in a week I got n 23k refund from them no issues.

Almost a month later I still do not have my refund from Arwyp that is 44k you guys where very quick to take my money and made sure I pay before you guys touched her but now I have to fight for my money?
