Admission and retention ****

My daughter (toddler) was admitted for blood tests and MRI scans. The medical aid was called for approval and she was admitted. Blood tests done that afternoon and found out MRI scan appointment is the next morning, we tried to to leave and they refused because she was admitted and they already had approval for 24 hours only to find out when they tried to claim its 12 hours.

Now we have to pay for their mistakes because the medical aid only gave half day approval and they forced to keep us overnight, we requested to leave for the night but they refused. To get discharged the next day was a mission aswell that we had to force because our 24 hours which was supposed to be 12 hours had run out.
