*********** admin staff - Ridiculously expensive

Is it possible 0 Stars? Pathetic service. Emergency visit on the 7th of March. My girl somehow got an earring stopper stuck in her left ear that I could not remove. waited about 4 hours for a doctor to examine her, eventually a 5 minutes procedure (water flooding). Total almost R 4000. *********** people told me to put down R 1000 which was OK, with the assurance that I would be reimbursed or add in to pay in if it was more. No problem there. After the procedure, i was charged R 1900 for the 5 minutes doctor work and eventually I got an Interim statement charging me R 25. Next day I got a SMS asking me for R 772. I enquiried and they say there is a standard fee of R 1700 for the Emergency facility which was not showed on the interim statement. Now they claim they asked me for R 2000 deposit (which is not true) and that I told them I did not have R 2000 (also not true), whereas few minutes later I did pay the doctor R 1900 account at the same spot. Next time we will wait for a GP in the morning and i am sure will be quicker and cheaper to remove a gold stopper from a child ear. NO MORE ARWYP, *********** and ridiculously expensive. They covering their incompetence blaming the client. And is this what a private facility is? God save us.
