Academic Transcript

Let me just say I am extremely disappointed by the service I have received at the training institute, I studied there and completed my studies in 2019. Since last year September I’ve been in contact with a guy called Tebogo , I have made numerous attempts in request for my academic transcript as I had app**** at a university to further my studies and one of the requirements is to submit one . He has given me back and forth limitless excuses , I have paid the fee that I was requested to and till this day I still haven’t recieve my transcript , I have been to the college twice and he keeps telling me the principal is still busy with them. Even after speaking to the principal via phone she said I could come and collect them and that was back in January, I stay far and I work , a month later in February I go to collect and he didn’t even have the decency to come to me and explain the delay instead I was turned back at the reception meanwhile both him and the principal were in the building . I am appalled by the lack of empathy and 0% sense of urgency , meanwhile I am at the verge of losing my admission at the university. And they couldn’t care less!!!
