3 HOURS LEFT IN PAIN AT ARWYP

My Father who is 70 had excruciating pain in his neck, shoulder and arm on his right hand side. He saw Dr W Strand who wasn't even interested to hear what was wrong. The Doctor sent him for X-rays and did blood pressure. Because he could see nothing wrong on the x-rays and blood pressure my Dad was told there is nothing wrong with him. He gave him a prescription of anti-inflamatories and pain killers and told him come back if you are not better. My Dad had trouble breathing due to the pain he has been in a bad way since Friday. There was no point taking him back there when he was treated as if it is a Government Hospital. From the Receptionist right through to the nurses. Everyone has a 'don't care attitude' He was left sitting there for 3 hours whilst x-rays traveled 5 min down the corridor until he got the x-rays. Only when my sister queried what was taking so long did they eventually go and get his x-rays slowly at that. The treatment was disgusting and my Dad has been in pain all weekend. Why didn't he take blood tests?. I am taking my Dad to the GP today if something happens to him it is on you ARWYP your staff are rude and *********** at Casualties - waste of ti
