Defective and *************

DO NOT BUY FROM ARTISAN FURNITURE WAREHOUSE. Not only was there loose stitching and staples in the chair I purchased; one of the parts was so malformed that i am unable even attach the footrest. They promised to post me a replacement part and have been ghosting me ever since. It's been a month now. Messages read but unanswered. Phone calls ignored. Promises broken. Avoid at all costs.
