Terrible service
ARROW UNDERWRITING MANAGERS Rude and Unhelpful In December one of their client vehicles hit into me,the driver admitted it was hia fault he was on his phone and did not stop in time hitting my car and I hit into another. I submitted all relevant documents as requested got 3 quotes done and sent through in till date no one called back , when you call it goes through automated machine When we did get through we was told by Rujuan we need to deal with Karabo when we eventually got through to her she says deal with him and they don’t have an answer as it’s still pending eventually we asked for someone higher the very next minute we received a settlement figure as agreed when asked how did they reach agreement without settlement and also the quotes are higher, we received such rude responses that left us no choice just to sign cause it’s like a lost case anyway from Friday till date no response at all from any of the 3 agents . We may not be clients but still deserve respect and good service Can only imagine the hassle will be for the settlement amount

Bad service from Arrow underwriting managers
On the 17 March 2025, i took my bus (sprinter 22 seater) for service at KM Diesel. I was parked and hit by I connect courier guy. He admitted that he was at fault and gave mi their insurance company details that they use. I called their insurance and they also admitted and i gave them a quotation but when i call them it’s either they hang up after hearing its mi or they say they will get back to mi. Its almost a year now but nothing positive is coming from them.Thy do not even call.
