You have NO "Family values"!

Nothing but 6 months of problems since moving my script to this pharmacy group:

- meds never in stock and each month told the same story the system will notify them to order in advance next time NEVER HAPPENS - meds will be delivered NEVER HAPPENS when they say it will - stay 1km from pharmacy however your driver goes everywhere else but for my delivery - Pharmacists that cannot read, loading information and script incorrectly and can never find you on system despite giving your information up to 3 times for them to search - Unable to give me my original script to take it elsewhere UNACCEPTABLE - no apologies for the poor service when in the branch wanting my meds and script YOU GET THIS ATTITUDE OF THEM DOING YOU A FAVOUR - charged a levy for chronic meds when NEVER had this before at other pharmacy
