Witholding critical medication whilst in communication

Whilst I was in constant contact with Ifafi — assisting a senior citizen with very limited technological capability to settle the account and get payments in place — they still chose to withhold very critical chronic medication from an extremely ill elderly patient. This was done without informing me, despite my active involvement. As a result, the patient went more than three days without essential chronic treatment, which is unacceptable given the severity of their condition. Needless to say, This type of risk is not acceptable to me, so changing pharmacy!
