Serious Dangerous / Negligent driving by an Marked Arrie Nel Vehicle

On Thursday, 16/06/22 I was nearly driven to smithereens by an Arrie Nel Hartbee****rt vehicle. It was driving in an Eastern Direction, up Van Velden Street, It skipped the 3 Way STOP str. at the Frail Care Center - Huis Herfs, 83 Van Velden str. It was driving seriously dangerous and irresponsible. I contacted the Hartbee****rt Ifafi Pharmacy and spoke to Marli. She unfortunately said that there is nothing she can do but report my complaint to Arrie Nel Pharmecy HQ.
