Refuse chronic meds by a pharmacist

I don’t think it’s so much Arrie Nel as it is the pharmacist. A young girl. I’m a pensioner with low income. The last few months everything went wrong regarding my health. So, I have an outstanding balance on my account. This girl refuses to give me my chronic medicine before I’ve paid my account in full. I really don’t feel well, but I can’t get my meds. I will of course pay my account, but I have R200 in my bank account until the end of October. This is the first time I have an outstanding amount on my account…..
