I find myself writing a second complaint against your employees for the same reason of **************.

Today 21 February 2022, at 20:25 pm, a man who claims his name is Jaco answered the phone in Afrikaans. I proceeded to ask him why he answered the phone in Afrikaans ONLY and he responsed by saying "Because I want to".

If your target market and clientele are meant to be White Afrikaans speakers only please make it clear, perhaps even put a disclaimer on your doors so that us Black people and other people of colour will go where our business is wanted and appreciated.

I find your employees to be blatantly ****** and it cannot be excused in this day and age in a majority Black African country. It's unacceptable.
