Poor delivery service

Normally we would highly recommend Arrie Nel Pharmacy in Waverley, but today was a exception. Phoned and and asked if we could mail them my wife’s script and if they would be able to deliver, they obliged. This was at 14:00. Phoned again at 15:45 and spoke to Tiaan, whom was very helpful, asked if they will be able to definitely still deliver today, he told us that it will be delivered today, and that the driver has already left. Phoned at 17:30 to ask where my wife’s meds are, again spoke to Tiaan, he then told us that the driver returned with my wife’s medicine without a explanation. He then assured us we would get my wife’s medication today still. At 17:45 my wife’s medicine was delivered by Tiaan, who apologized and said he doesn't know why the driver returned the medicine. Hats off to Tiaan.
