Please do not owe them even 1c if you want to keep your selfworth

Spoke to Thea (Pharmacist) earlier in the month. Asked for some of my medication, only a few until the 25th. She send me a whole month of that medication, that I could not pay at that stage. I could pay for the few until 25th, as I requested, but not for a whole month's medication. I am private. No Medical Aid. When I called today, spoke to Thea again, she told me they will not deliver to me any more, due to the fact that I owe them. Please note that this was the first time I owed them anything. Always pay cash for my medication. Went there this afternoon after work to collect my medication. I felt so humiliated when I left there. Asked if my medication was infront so that I can pay for it, I emailed them to make it up for me. "Are you the lady that's working at the Dr's" they asked me. So obviously I have been discussed with the whole pharmacy. Then they said that the Pharmacy owner, Ereck wants to see me, and abviously Thea is following him like a little doggy. He asked me if I am going to pay for the outstanding they delivered to me. I said yes with my medication of today. He didn't even see the other medication that is not on my script. I could have kept quite, but I didn't. This lady that they treated like I owed them millions for years was onest and told him I had to pay for that also. Please note I owed them R400 something for more a less not more than 10 days. The whole Pharmacy was looking at me. Owner and Thea with my file and the lady that's working in front (Ps: Lady you that were also there, that works infront. You are great. You are always friendly. I could see in your eyes today, that you were not comfortable with this situation. Get yourself a better job.) I told Ereck that his Pharmacist Thea is unfriendly, and unprofessional. He didn't even look up to me. Just ignored me. Yes I am the lady that is working at a Dr. What you didn't think about is, about 70% of our practice uses your pharmacy, because I told them how great pharmacy it was. Not any more. I will make sure, they do not use you ever, or any Arrie Nel Pharmacy. Thank you for making me feel humiliated for R400 and something. It felt as if I stoled something in your shop today. Putting me on the spot in front of the whole pharmacy.
