INCORRECT PRICING

I’m an old age pensioner. I came into your pharmacy at iLala Ridge- our family pharmacy- to check on price of Corega Adhesive for dentures. I saw it was in stock at a price of R199.00

I went home got the money and returned all the way back to the pharmacy to be told at the cash point that the price was R210.00!

What a disgraceful incident. You advertise a product at a certain price but at the till it’s another price

I will be reporting this to the Consumer Council.

You have lost really faithful customers for life
