Faulty medication

Sent me Antibiotics (with penicillin) instead of Diuretic tablets. The name on label and the tablet holder did not correspond. I am allergic to penicillin, so I had a reaction ie swelling of hands, face, and feet. Faults like this can cause death. I did speak to the pharmacist, but she said it is my responsibility to check.
