Had the displeasure of dealing with a woman called Elsie Venter. Horrible, dispicable old woman. Shouted at me and my child for nothing. Disgusting behaviour. If this is how you treat your customers, shame on you. Your business might not fail because of complaints but trust me, one day you will deal with someone worse than me. Even if I am on the brink of death, I will never spend a cent in your pharmacy.
