Complaint

Hi I am very disappointed at the treatment that I received from Kloof Apteek in Rustenburg this morning I was there at 9:02 and stood outside the security did not communicate that there is a delay no one communicated anything to me until I opened the door at 09:10 and asked what time will they be opening the security shut the door on me while I was holding the door then I opened again to ask what time will they be opening the Pharmacist by the name of Marione Henning came to the door and also told me that I was being rude and shut the door on my face and told me to go to another pharmacy really this not how u treat a human being I am very disappointed.
