Circus at Garsfontein Arrie Nel could cause death

The Garsfontein branch's service is pathetic and upper management needs to urgently look into this. My husband has chronic asthma, if someone's lungs collapse they die, yet their delivery service took more than 4 hours to deliver a package, mostly due to management not being able to discern than change for the shop in a long ban cue is not more important than someone's life. This is not the first time they have taken so long and usually I would wait patient.y. Yet, the manager still thought it good to call me after I confirmed that I have received the package to inform me that I am rude. I would like to see her in this situation where someone could die and they are not delivering the service they promise with a snotty attitude to add to that. Pathetic! Shouldn't they be audited in some way by a professional council? As their chemists even use each others' official numbers to hand out incorrect medicine. It is a circus at that branch and someone needs to step in.
