Bad Service At Arrie Nel Pharmacy Willow Way Crossing.

This is the 2nd time now that when I request for self meds the pharmacist refuse to put it through my medical aid and we have self meds funds available. She just say NO. The 1st time I've send my kids to go and buy Allerway in the medical aid and she told them we can't not on medical aid. I found it strange because I normally brought it on my medical aid. Couple days later my husband went back someone else assisted him and he they gave him the Allerway on medical aid and we just paid the levy.

This morning 20 June 2025, directly from my doctor my husband went to fetch my prescription meds. I realised that the dr didn't give me any pain meds. I asked my husband to buy pain meds on the self medication options. The gave him my prescription meds from my Dr. Then he asked for Gen-Payne on the medical aid as self meds she refused. I had to buy it cash. The medical aid made self meds funds available for us. When there's other pharmacists on duty the listen and help. Why everytime there's that one that refuse to put it through on self meds. She doesn't even try to see if it goes through She Just Say No!

I'm absolutely disgusted by the way we are treated now that it is no longer Spar Pharmacy. When it was Spar Pharmacy you felt the warmth and the was always willing and able to assist. They would advise not this one her answer remains NO! WITHOUT EVEN TRYING TO HELP IN ANYWAY POSSIBLE.
